Rehabilitation Services Associates (RSA), LLC. is dedicated to the highest quality HOME PHYSICAL THERAPY. Services cover most of New Jersey. The practice is owned by Jack Kushnick PT, a respected and experienced professional with 45+ years as a licensed Physical Therapist. Jack manages and coordinates all services with a very ‘hands-on’ approach, ensuring that each individual receives personalized, timely, and cost effective care. Jack has vast experience in managing all aspects of the home therapy services. He has served as the president of the Home Health Special Interest Group of the New Jersey Chapter of the
American Physical Therapy Association
as well as serving on a number of professional committees of the association. In addition, Jack served as the President of the New Jersey Chapter of the
Case Management Society of America.
He is the only practicing physical therapist who served in that capacity for any of the 70+ chapters of that prestigious case management organization. Jack also served as an Associate member of the National Transition of Care Coalition. This affords Jack the unique perspective from which he can manage and coordinate all aspects of the patient’s care. RSA does not participate in the Medicare or Medicaid programs.
